Our service department, based in Toronto, is certified to repair products from many manufacturers.

During office hours, technical support is available for Chroma-Q, Vista by Chroma-Q, PROLIGHTS, Luminex, LumenRadio, Follow-Me, Prolyte, and Jands by calling (416) 255-9494 or emailing techsupport@aclighting.com.

Emergency after-hours technical support is available 24 hours a day by phone or e-mail. The contact numbers are listed below.

Warranty Repair, Parts, and Repair Services

J-4 DESIGN is a Certified repair and warranty depot

J-4 DESIGN is a full-service repair depot located in Columbia, MD. J-4 DESIGN provides warranty service, repairs, as well as stocks and sells factory authorized Chroma-Q parts. 

J-4 DESIGN provides warranty and repair services for A.C. Lighting Inc. products for the following brands:

  • Chroma-Q
  • Vista by Chroma-Q (including the StageCL)
  • PROLIGHTS

The process to have a product repaired or to cover a warranty issue remains the same.

  1. Please contact A.C. Lighting Inc. to submit a claim to receive your RMA Number.
  2. A.C. Lighting Inc. will provide you with the details on how to ship your product to J-4 DESIGN.
  3. J-4 DESIGN will repair your product and return it to you.
