Warranty Repair, Parts, and Repair Services
J-4 DESIGN is a Certified repair and warranty depot
J-4 DESIGN is a full-service repair depot located in Columbia, MD. J-4 DESIGN provides warranty service, repairs, as well as stocks and sells factory authorized Chroma-Q parts.
J-4 DESIGN provides warranty and repair services for A.C. Lighting Inc. products for the following brands:
- Chroma-Q
- Vista by Chroma-Q (including the StageCL)
- PROLIGHTS
The process to have a product repaired or to cover a warranty issue remains the same.
- Please contact A.C. Lighting Inc. to submit a claim to receive your RMA Number.
- A.C. Lighting Inc. will provide you with the details on how to ship your product to J-4 DESIGN.
- J-4 DESIGN will repair your product and return it to you.
