Our service department is certified to repair products from many exclusive manufacturers and is trained to troubleshoot and give technical support to all our product lines.
During office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, technical support is available for Chroma-Q, Vista by Chroma-Q, Prolights, Luminex, LumenRadio, and Follow-Me by calling the Service department at 416-255-9494 or emailing techsupport@aclighting.com.
We offer after-hours support Monday through Sunday, 4:30pm to 9pm EST, and the contact information is listed below.
